One Of The Victims, A Woman Aged In Her 30s, Was Walking Her Dog From An Alleyway Into The Garage Block, When It Is Reported She Was Assaulted By A Man Standing Next To A White 4x4

 

Investigators have issued an appeal following a report that a man and woman were assaulted in Dartford.

 

The incident happened between 11pm and 11.45pm on Sunday 20 September 2020 in a garage block near Coller Crescent.

 

One of the victims, a woman aged in her 30s, was walking her dog from an alleyway into the garage block, when it is reported she was assaulted by a man standing next to a white 4×4.

 

The second victim, a man in his 50s, arrived at the scene shortly after and was allegedly assaulted by a second man who had been sitting inside the vehicle.

 

Both the victims suffered cuts and attended a local hospital for medical attention.

 

Investigating officer, Detective Constable Kara Sweetland said: ‘Our officers have completed enquiries in the area including forensic examinations and a review of CCTV footage.

 

‘We are now urging motorists who may have been in this area to check for any dashcam footage which may assist our investigation. We are also asking residents to check home security CCTV or doorbell cameras.’
