Shock Assaults in Dartford: Police Launch Urgent Appeal

Kent Police are on the hunt for witnesses after two brutal assaults rocked a quiet Dartford neighbourhood.

Late-Night Attacks Near Coller Crescent

The violent incidents unfolded between 11pm and 11.45pm on Sunday, 20 September 2020, in a garage block close to Coller Crescent.

A woman in her 30s was walking her dog through a nearby alleyway when a man lurking beside a white 4×4 suddenly attacked her.

Minutes later, a man in his 50s arrived and was reportedly set upon by a second assailant who had been waiting inside the same vehicle.

Victims Hospitalised with Cuts

Both victims suffered cuts and were rushed to a local hospital for treatment.

Detective Constable Kara Sweetland revealed that officers have scoured the area, carrying out forensic work and reviewing CCTV footage in a bid to crack the case.

“We are urging drivers who were in the area to check their dashcam footage. Residents should also check any home security or doorbell cameras for relevant footage,” she said.
