Police were called shortly before 5am on Saturday, 2 October, to reports of a male shot in a car park in Birdhurst Road, Croydon.
Officers attended along with the London Ambulance Service. Despite the efforts of the emergency services, Leroy was pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.
