A tragic incident has unfolded in Staffordshire as a man has been arrested on suspicion of murdering two women. Police were summoned to a residence on Park Lane in Cheadle at approximately 3 pm following reports that a woman’s body had been discovered, and another woman was found injured. Tragically, both women were pronounced dead at the scene at around 3:50 pm.
The Staffordshire Police swiftly launched an investigation into the incident, resulting in the arrest of a 68-year-old man from Cheadle. The man has been taken into custody on suspicion of two counts of murder.
