Officers are appealing for witnesses following an assault in Folkestone

Kent Police received reports at around 5.20pm on Saturday 20 April 2024 that a man had been assaulted by another man on Bradstone Road, near to the junction with Clarence Street.

It is alleged that the victim was struck with a blunt object and received a head injury before leaving the scene, in the opposite direction from the suspect. A dark-coloured Audi Q7 was reported to have been seen in the area at the time.

The victim has not yet contacted police and officers are working to identify those involved.

Anyone with information about the incident, including CCTV, dashcam or mobile footage, is urged to contact Kent Police on 01843 222289 quoting reference 46/64070/24.
