On Wednesday, 17 January, at 10:55am the police received a report of a stabbing on College Road, Croydon.
Officers promptly arrived at the scene, accompanied by the London Ambulance Service (LAS), where they found a man in his 20s suffering from stab wounds. The LAS provided immediate medical attention to the injured individual before transporting him to a nearby hospital for treatment. Fortunately, his injuries have been assessed as non-life-threatening.
A man, also in his 20s, has been taken into custody on suspicion of Grievous Bodily Harm (GBH) with intent. He remains under police detention as inquiries into the incident continue.
