Kent Police attended a property in Sandilands during the morning of Saturday 7 October 2023, following a report of suspected criminal activity in the area.

Three rooms within the property were found to be filled with 147 mature cannabis plants and growing equipment. A bag of white powder – suspected to be cocaine – was also seized by officers.
