Horse owners in North Nottinghamshire are being advised to remain vigilant after a horrific incident where a horse was found dead and mutilated in a field near Worksop. The tragic event took place at a property off Owday Lane, Carlton-in-Lindrick, where sixteen-year-old Alfie, a traditional tri-coloured cob, was discovered around 10:30 am on Thursday, 25 July.
