Footage Shows Commandos Rappelling from Helicopters

Watch jaw-dropping footage of US troops rappelling down from helicopters and storming a massive oil tanker off Venezuela’s coast. Armed soldiers swiftly took control of the vessel, executing President Trump’s boldest move yet against dictator Nicolás Maduro.

Operation Targets Sanctioned Venezuelan and Iranian Oil

The raid was part of a joint mission involving the FBI, Homeland Security, and the US Coast Guard. Attorney General Pam Bondi confirmed the tanker was seized under a legal warrant for transporting sanctioned oil from Venezuela and Iran.

“We’ve just seized a tanker on the coast of Venezuela, a large tanker, very large, largest one ever seized, actually,” Trump announced. “Other things are happening,” he warned ominously.

Pressed on the reason for the seizure, Trump simply said, “It was seized for a very good reason.” When asked about the oil’s fate, he hinted, “We keep it I guess.”

Major Escalation in US Campaign Against Maduro

This daring seizure marks a serious escalation. Until now, US strikes focused mostly on drug trafficking boats. This is the first operation involving boots on the ground against oil shipments — signalling Washington may be eyeing a broader campaign.

The move threatens Venezuela’s vital oil trade, with other shippers likely to hesitate over cargo from Maduro’s regime. Analysts suggest this could be the first step toward a naval blockade.

Maduro Under Siege, Trump Holds Cards Close

Maduro, reportedly sleeping in different beds nightly and swapping phones to avoid assassination, appears rattled. Despite public defiance and odd appeals for peace, his grip is weakening.

Trump has long declared his mission: wiping out drug cartels, comparing them to Al Qaeda and Hamas. But critics say his true aim is toppling Maduro and securing Venezuela’s massive oil reserves.

With at least 87 people killed in previous strikes on drug-running vessels, and a military build-up in the Caribbean, the tension is at an all-time high.

As Trump vows “other things” are coming, Venezuela waits nervously for what could be the next chapter in this high-stakes showdown.
