Our thoughts are with his family and friends as they continue to come to terms with their loss.”

The investigation took a significant turn with the charging of two individuals linked to Basilio’s demise. Mayara Loiola Ataide, 34, and Gevaldo Tavares Dos Santos, 46, both of no fixed address, were charged with murder and two counts of arson with intent to endanger life on Wednesday, February 28.
