Eight months ago this week, at the hands of her husband, Jade was brutally murdered – UKNIP

The mum-of-four was found last summer after being slashed, stabbed and strangled in her own bed, before being buried under a pile of clothes. She died of asphyxiation. The bedroom door had been secured with a dressing gown cord. Her attacker, Russell Marsh, 29, admitted manslaughter but was convicted of murder at Mold Crown Court and was given a life sentence with a minimum term of 25 years. In the time she has missed her children return to school, her older sister find out she was having a baby girl, that baby being born and that her little sister is also pregnant with a baby girl. She’s missed birthdays and Christmas and won’t get to see her best friend and cousin get married in a few weeks. At the hands of one cruel, selfish and heartless man, Jade misses out on so much and we miss out on Jade. How is it fair that when all her boys have left of her is a visit to the cemetery and their memories when the person who took her away gets updates, school reports and can even have a say on their medical care and if they get to go on holiday. Jades Law would stop him getting that say. It would stop other killers who take their child’s other parent away also getting a say.
