In the ongoing investigation into the tragic death of Owen Fairclough in Breaston, a fourth man, Luke Hibbert, 27, of Eastwood, has been charged with murder. The murder investigation commenced after Mr Fairclough’s body was discovered on a path near Risley Lane on Friday, June 23, around 19.20.
Luke Hibbert has been remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, November 29. This development follows the previous charges laid against three men connected to Mr Fairclough’s murder.
