Fourth Man Charged with Murder in Owen Fairclough Case
A fourth man has been charged in the shocking murder investigation of Owen Fairclough in Breaston. Luke Hibbert, 27, from Eastwood, faces murder charges after Mr Fairclough’s body was found on a path near Risley Lane on June 23 at around 7.20pm.
Luke Hibbert Remanded in Custody
Hibbert has been remanded and is due to appear at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, November 29. This charge adds to the three men already held over the brutal killing.
Three Others Await Court Appearance
The trio previously charged remain in prison and are expected to appear at Derby Crown Court in December. The investigation continues as police piece together what happened on that tragic evening.
