Man Stabbed During Late-Night Disturbance in Folkestone

An investigation is underway after a man in his 20s was injured in a stabbing during a disturbance in Folkestone.

Chaos Erupts on Watkin Road

The trouble kicked off inside a property on Watkin Road around 10pm on Tuesday, 14 May 2019. The confrontation spilled onto the street, where the victim suffered a stab wound to his leg.

kent-police/" title="Kent Police" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Kent Police and the South East Coast Ambulance Service rushed to the scene. The victim was rushed to hospital for treatment. Witnesses reported seeing four suspects fleeing the area before police arrived.

Police Hunt Hooded Suspects

The suspects are described as black males, late teens to early 20s, dressed in dark clothing with hooded tops. Officers are conducting door-to-door enquiries and scouring CCTV footage from Watkin Road and nearby streets.

Detectives urge anyone with dashcam footage or information from between 9.30pm and 10.30pm on 14 May to come forward.
