A Metropolitan Police officer has been dismissed from the force following a misconduct hearing, where it was revealed that he had sent a colleague an unsolicited picture of a penis.
PC Rafiqur Rahman faced a misconduct hearing where it was disclosed that he not only sent the inappropriate photo but also repeatedly touched his colleague’s hair without consent.
