Man, 50, Dies After Brutal Attack on The Heathway
Tragedy struck just before 3pm on Wednesday, 15 March, when Mr Smith was found with serious head injuries on The Heathway. He sadly died shortly after.
Three Men Held and Charged with Murder
Police swooped in Devon, detaining three men linked to the attack. Lee O’Brien, 53, Luke O’Brien, 35, and Lewis O’Brien, 31—all from Birmingham—have now been charged with murder.
They were remanded to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court today, 18 March.
Ongoing Investigation—Police Seek Witnesses
