A man has been charged after a Kent Police officer was injured while responding to reports of a suspect armed with a bladed weapon in Istead Rise.

A search of a nearby address also led to the seizure of a quantity of cannabis.

  • Causing grievous bodily harm with intent
  • Possessing an offensive weapon used to threaten another person
