A Tisbury man has been banned from driving for three years after he refused to provide a breath sample when suspected of drunk driving.

Michael Salter, 32, of Wyndhams Place, Tisbury, was observed driving erratically by an unmarked Roads Policing officer in Tisbury on April 1 last year. Salter’s white van was seen spinning its wheels and nearly colliding with a wall, while also exceeding the speed limit by driving at approximately 36mph in a 20mph zone.
