Liam Wells is alleged to have committed the crimes in the Riverview estate area, with all but one of them happening on Sunday 21 February 2022.
Upon receiving the reports, Kent Police’s Chief Constable’s Crime Squad immediately commenced their enquires and these led to the team securing a warrant and arresting Mr Wells at his address on Tuesday 1 March.
Among the charges are two counts of burglary, with the victims reporting two cars and a bank card were among the items stolen during these incidents. The bank card is then said to have been used in a fraudulent transaction.
