Suspected Drug Dealer Nabbed in Dover Cocaine Sting

Police have arrested a man and seized a stash of cocaine during a targeted raid in Dover.

Officers from Dover and Folkestone’s Community Policing Teams executed an intelligence-led warrant at a property on East Cliff on the morning of Wednesday 2 September 2020.

The raid uncovered suspected crack cocaine and an imitation firearm, both linked to ongoing drug supply investigations.

Man Held on Drug Supply Charges

A man in his 20s from Humberside was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs. He remains in custody as inquiries continue.

“Kent Police is determined to disrupt and shut down drug dealing networks in the county and bring those involved to justice,” said Chief Inspector Elena Hall, District Commander for Dover.

“I’m pleased we’ve removed drugs that could have been sold to vulnerable people and a fake weapon that could have been used in drug-related activity.”
