A 27-year-old man is in custody after a terrifying hit-and-run in Walsall on July 5, just before 5pm. A vehicle mounted the pavement on Prince Street, striking four men. Two men in their 20s suffered serious injuries, though thankfully not life-threatening. The other two sustained minor injuries. The driver fled the scene immediately.
