A 20-year-old man from the Medway area of Kent has been arrested on suspicion of meeting a girl under the age of 16 after grooming her, and raping a girl aged 13-15. The man was detained at a Travelodge in Ryde, on the Isle of Wight, around 4.30pm on Sunday afternoon 2nd February 2025.
The man remains in custody awaiting interview after the sting operation involving Kent and Hampshire Police.
