Police are hunting for witnesses after a fatal smash on Ashford’s Great Chart Bypass.
At 10.58am on Monday 23 October 2023, a white Mercedes van and an orange DAF lorry collided. The driver of the van, a man in his 30s, died at the scene despite emergency crews rushing to help.
Lorry Driver Injured but Expected to Survive
The lorry driver was taken to a nearby hospital with injuries, though these are not considered life-threatening.
Police Appeal for Information and Dashcam Footage
