Detectives have revealed new details following the shocking deaths of Darren Flux-Edmonds, 44, and his daughter Keziah in East Cowes.
The post mortem on Darren confirmed he died from ligature suspension – a cause not currently considered suspicious by officers.
Keziah’s Death Treated as Murder
Meanwhile, six-year-old Keziah’s post mortem results came back undetermined. Further tests are underway.
Crucially, police have now confirmed they are treating Keziah’s death as murder and are actively investigating.
Police Say No Further Suspects
Detective Inspector Simon Baker said: “We are not looking for anyone else in connection with this incident and our specialist officers are continuing to support family members.”
The community remains stunned as police press on with their inquiries on behalf of the coroner.
