It is unclear how the vehicle collided The driver, suffered serious injuries and was taken to St Mary’s Hospital in the Town Hertfordshire Police remain at the scene while investigations are carried out and the road is likely to remain closed for sometime. Serious damage was caused to front of the grey skoda car .
