Two 16-year-old boys have been charged with murder following the fatal stabbing of 17-year-old Keiron Charles on Saturday, 7 April 2025. The incident took place in broad daylight on Erconwald Street, East Acton, leaving the local community in shock.

Emergency services were called to the junction of Du Cane Road and Old Oak Common Lane at around 1:10 pm on Saturday, where they discovered two boys suffering from stab wounds. Despite the swift response, Keiron Charles, from East Acton, was pronounced dead at the scene.

A second teenager, also injured during the altercation, was taken to the hospital for treatment before being arrested. A third teenager, who fled the area before the police arrived, was later taken into custody on Sunday, 6 April.
