Police were called to the scene of a road traffic collision in Whitchurch this morning. The collision involving a white Mercedes van and a blue motorcycle happened at 7.23am at the junction of Harroway and Bloswood Lane. The motorcycle rider, a 16-year-old boy from the Whitchurch area, was taken to North Hampshire999.co.uk” title=”Hampshire”>Hampshire Hospital but died a short time later. His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by officers. The van driver and his passenger, buyclomidovulation.com both 31-year-old men from Reading, were uninjured. Officers are currently at the scene as investigations continue into the exact circumstances of the collision. As a result, a number of road closures are in place: Harroway / B3048 junction Harroway / Newbury Road junction Bloswood Lane / Caesar’s Way junction Police would like to thanks motorists for their patience as we deal with this incident.
