Barry O’Loughlin, aged 46, of Greenfinch Close, Oxford, was sentenced to two years and six months in prison after he pleaded guilty to three counts of possession with intent to supply a class A drug – namely heroin, crack cocaine and cocaine at Oxford Crown Court last Wednesday (3/5).
On 28 February this year, officers carried out a section 23 warrant in Greenfinch Close. Within the property, they located a large amount of white and brown powder, scales and deal bags.
He was charged on 1 March.
Investigating officer PC Patric Hayes, of the Neighbourhood Team based at Cowley police station, said: “I hope this investigation serves a clear warning to anyone who wishes to deal drugs in Oxford, we will work tirelessly to ensure these criminals are dealt with robustly and put them before the courts.
