Mini Flips at 100mph on A34 – Driver Arrested for Cannabis
A five-door Mini flipped onto its roof after smashing the crash barrier on the A34 near Bicester in the early hours. Thames Valley Police released a shocking photo showing the car upside down, spinning 180 degrees.
Driver Escapes Injury by Luck and Safety Tech
The female driver was racing at 100mph when she lost control approaching the Wendlebury Interchange roundabout. The Mini soared over the barrier, narrowly missing trees before landing on its roof and spinning back towards its starting point.
“She was thankfully uninjured, but failed a roadside drugs test for Cannabis and was arrested,” said a Thames Valley Police spokesperson.
Crash at 2am Sparks Police Arrest
Officers arrived quickly after the horrific crash around 2am today. Despite the violent crash, the woman escaped injury—something cops credit to “sheer luck and modern car design.” She was arrested on the spot following a failed roadside marijuana test.
Police are reminding drivers of the deadly risks of speeding and drug-driving on busy motorways.
