Appeal for Witnesses and Dashcam Footage Following Fatal Collision in Ashford

Kent Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a fatal collision in Ashford on Tuesday, 28 January 2025.

At around 6:28pm, a blue Audi was involved in a collision with a pedestrian on the A2070 Bad Munstereifel Road, specifically on the northbound carriageway leading towards Junctions 10 and 10A of the M20. Emergency services attended the scene, but sadly, the pedestrian, a man in his 40s, was pronounced deceased.

The Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) is leading the investigation and is urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident to come forward. In particular, officers believe a driving instructor may have been in the area at the time and may have relevant dashcam footage that could assist with their enquiries.
