Firefighters Tackle Blaze at Flat Conversion in Kensington

In a major incident this evening, the London Fire Brigade responded to a severe house fire on Channel Close in Hounslow. Approximately ten fire engines and around 70 firefighters were dispatched to tackle the blaze, which engulfed a mid-terraced house.

The fire, which quickly spread through the building, affected the whole of the ground and first floors. Additionally, part of the roof of the house was reported to be alight, indicating the severity of the fire.

The Brigade’s Control Officers have received nine calls regarding the blaze, highlighting the concern and urgency from the local community. The London Fire Brigade was called to the scene at 10.26pm
