A major road through west London has been temporarily closed due to a stabbing incident that occurred earlier today. A man in his twenties was found in Gomer Gardens, Teddington, early this morning with a stab wound. Fortunately, he was promptly taken to the hospital, where medical professionals assessed his injuries as not life-threatening or life-changing.

The incident is believed to have unfolded during a fight involving a group of individuals in a car park located on Teddington High Street at approximately 4 a.m. The area affected by the incident is the section of the A313 High Street, situated between A309 Waldegrave Road and A310 Kingston Road. As a result, the road has been closed to traffic, causing disruptions in both directions today, January 1.
