Officers investigating a report of an assault in Maidstone are appealing for witnesses after an attack in Whatman Park

The incident happened in Whatman Park at around 7am on Thursday 20 October 2022.

A man in his 40s was walking across a footbridge that runs from Kerry Hill Way into the park when he was pushed from behind and struck his head on a railing. The victim suffered a cut to his head and later went to hospital for treatment to the injury.
