Derby Man Jailed for Brutal Street Attack
A Derby man has been locked up after a savage street attack on his partner — and a passer-by who dared to step in.
Violence Rocks Derby High Street
Sacha Millar, 34, lost it on Victoria Street, Derby, on 13 December. He viciously punched his partner during a heated public row. Witnesses saw Millar slam her face and body repeatedly, dragging her aggressively along the pavement.
When a passer-by tried to stop the assault, Millar didn’t hold back. He punched her square in the face, knocking her out cold and breaking her jaw.
Quick Police Action After Attack
Millar fled to a nearby hotel on Full Street, where he and his partner were staying. He left soon after, but police were on the case fast, hunting him down after the shocking incident.
