Man in His 60s Shoved Onto Tracks at Worcester Park
A man in his 60s was pushed onto the railway tracks at england/Worcesterworcester-park/”>park/”>england/Worcesterworcester-park/”>Worcester Park station in south-west London—luckily escaping serious injury. wales/wales/british/”>british/”>British Transport Police (BTP) rushed to the scene shortly after 10:30am on Tuesday, finding the victim injured but alive.
The suspect, a young woman, sprinted away down the tracks before emergency crews arrived.
Police Describe Suspect: Blonde Woman in Grey Coat
Officers have issued a description of the attacker. She’s white, in her 30s, with blonde hair, wearing a grey coat and a distinctive black bobble hat at the time of the incident.
“Thankfully at this time there is no information to suggest his injuries are more serious,” said a police spokesperson.
Detective Inspector Baba Adeyeye added: “This is a really concerning incident and it is a relief that the victim wasn’t more seriously injured. We are working at pace to locate the woman involved and establish the full circumstances of what happened.”
