Police renew appeal for Wintesses following Fatal Collision on A3 Near Guildford

Surrey Police continue to appeal for witnesses following a collision on the A3 at Compton last Wednesday, 30 November 2016. The collision, involving a pedestrian and a lorry, happened at around 1.40pm Southbound prior to the A31 Junction. An inquest into his death was opened on Thursday 8 December and is ongoing. Sergeant Jamie Dann from Surrey Roads Policing Unit, said: “If you witnessed the collision or events prior to the collision please get in contact with us as soon as possible. “We are particularly keen to speak to anybody who was travelling Northbound of the A3 that day and saw the collision or any events leading up to or after the collision.” Surrey Police urges anybody with information to call 101 quoting, P16273498 https:///www.youtube.com/watch?v=r3lNW6AoX2Q
