A devastating road traffic collision on the A13 in Wennington Marshes, Rainham, has resulted in the deaths of three individuals. Emergency services were called to the scene shortly after 10pm on Monday, July 15, following reports of the incident.

The A13 has been closed to allow for a thorough investigation and to ensure the safety of all involved. Motorists are advised to seek alternative routes and expect significant delays in the area.

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police Service for the last five years" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpil-monitor-id="35783">Metropolitan Police stated, “We are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of life in this incident. Our thoughts are with the families and friends of those who have lost their lives. We are working closely with the London Ambulance Service and the London Fire Brigade to understand the circumstances surrounding this collision.

The police have urged any witnesses or anyone with information about the collision to come forward to assist with the investigation.
