Two Arrested Over Crowthorne Murder Mystery

Two people in their twenties have been snapped up by cops in connection with a murder in Crowthorne. A man from Wokingham and a woman from Bracknell were both arrested last night (5/11) on suspicion of murder.

They remain in police custody as detectives work to piece together what happened on Nine Mile Ride, where a man tragically lost his life just yesterday.

Police Keep Road Closed, Seek Witnesses

The road is still shut with a diversion in place while officers dig into the case. Thames Valley Police have informed the victim’s next of kin, who are being supported by specially trained officers.

Major Crime Unit Presses for Tips

“We have made two arrests and are carrying on with our investigation,” said Detective Superintendent Ian Hunter, head of the Thames Valley Police Major Crime Unit. “We urge anyone with information, no matter how small, to contact us on 101, quoting reference 685 5/11.”
