In a distressing incident early Sunday morning, a man and a woman have been charged following a violent aggravated burglary in west Belfast, which left one man stabbed and a woman injured after being pushed down stairs. The altercation occurred in the Gardenmore Walk area, just before 3.10am
Authorities reported that during the incident, the assailants, a 48-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman, allegedly engaged in a series of violent actions including stabbing a male victim and pushing a female victim down a flight of stairs. Both suspects have been formally charged with aggravated burglary with intent to commit grievous bodily harm (GBH), criminal damage, and attempted GBH with intent. They are scheduled to appear before Belfast Magistrates’ Court on Monday, July 22.
