Emergency services were deployed to Erith Railway Station this morning after reports of a person trackside, prompting a swift response and temporary disruption to rail services.

The incident occurred at Erith Station on Stonewood Road,, with British Transport Police (BTP) and crews from the london/">London Fire Brigade (LFB) attending the scene alongside railway personnel and paramedics.

Emergency Response Underway

The alarm was raised just after 8am on Monday 24th March 2025 with fire engines, police units and paramedics dispatched to the location to manage the situation and ensure public safety. The individual reported to be trackside was located and is being assessed by medical teams.
