Meet the Most Naff Christmas Job Ever – Waving Santa on a Freezing Roundabout!

Farnham, Surrey – Friday 1st December 2017 – Christmas jobs come in all shapes and sizes, but this one might just take the biscuit.

Imagine standing on a freezing cold shed roof, on a busy roundabout, hours on end. That’s exactly what one brave fellow is doing on the A31 Farnham Bypass roundabout – dressed in a full Santa suit – and waving at drivers for 8 hours a day, for 24 days straight!

A Naff Job With a Festive Twist

From 8am to 4pm, rain or shine, frost or snow, this Santa keeps his spot on the roundabout roof, spreading some Christmas cheer. The usually congested traffic was greeted with a festive spectacle that brightened up a dull commute.

Drivers Sound Their Horns in Thanks

Passersby couldn’t help but smile and honk their horns at this chilly Santa waving from above. It’s a quirky start to the Christmas countdown that’s got locals talking.
