Man Arrested After Religious Attack in Paulsgrove

Police have arrested a man following a shocking religious attack in Paulsgrove, near Portsmouth. The incident happened Tuesday evening, between 8pm and 8.30pm on Skew Road.

Injured Man Treated at QA Hospital

The victim, a 44-year-old man, was also attacked and injured during the incident. He received treatment for his injuries at the Queen Alexandra Hospital. Officers have questioned him on suspicion of racially and religiously aggravated wounding, as well as grievous bodily harm.

Police Appeal for Witnesses

The suspect has now been released under investigation. Police are urging anyone with dashcam footage or information to come forward and help piece together what happened before the attack.
