A man is fighting for his life in hospital after a motorbike crash on the A26 Tonbridge Road in Barming, near Maidstone. The smash happened just outside The Bull pub at around 2pm on Christmas Eve, sparking a full emergency response and road closures in both directions.

Severe Head Injuries — Rushed to London Hospital

An ambulance service spokesperson revealed the rider suffered “severe head injuries.” He was rushed to King’s College Hospital in London for urgent treatment. Emergency crews remain on site, including four police cars, paramedics, and a fire engine. Police have cordoned off the area, with delays building up as the investigation continues.
