A person has tragically died following a medical emergency at Green Park Underground Station in central London, authorities have confirmed. The incident occurred just before 4:30 PM on Thursday, February 6, 2025, prompting an emergency response from British Transport Police (BTP) and the London Ambulance Service (LAS).

A spokesperson for British Transport Police said:

“Officers were called to Green Park Underground station just before 4.30pm yesterday (6 February) following reports of a medical emergency. “Paramedics also attended, however sadly a person was pronounced dead at the scene. “The incident is not being treated as suspicious, and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”

A London Ambulance Service (LAS) spokesperson also provided details of their response:

“We were called at 4:22 PM on Thursday (6 February) to reports of a person unwell at Green Park Underground Station. “We sent resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew, a paramedic in a fast-response car, and an incident response officer.”
