In a recent announcement, Plusnet Mobile has revealed that its services will be closing from June 2024. As part of BT Group, Plusnet Mobile is retiring to make way for EE as the company’s flagship mobile network.

Here’s what you need to know:
- Closure Date and Action Required:
- Plusnet will confirm your closure date at least 30 days before your mobile plan ends.
- Take action promptly and move your service to another provider within 40 days from the cease date.
- After 40 days, your account will automatically close, and you’ll lose all services.
- Note that transferring your mobile number won’t be possible once your account is closed.
- Keeping Your Mobile Number:
- To keep your mobile number, request a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC) by texting “PAC” to 65075.
- The PAC code is valid for 30 days, allowing you to switch to a new provider while retaining your number.
