Police are desperately seeking witnesses after a fatal smash on the M23 yesterday afternoon.

The horrific crash happened just after 1:30pm on 12 July, involving a motorcycle and a car. Emergency teams, including Surrey Police and the air ambulance, rushed to the scene on the stretch between Junction 8 and 9.
Motorcyclist Dies at the Scene
Tragically, the rider — a man in his 40s — was pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed. The M23 was shut down for several hours as emergency services dealt with the aftermath.
