A man who attacked park-goers with a noxious spray in Sutton Coldfield has been handed a hefty four-year jail sentence.

Quick Arrest After Park Horror

Bradley Baker, 32, was arrested within two hours after four people were hit by the vile spray in Sutton Park on 14 August 2024. Two victims needed ambulance treatment on the spot, while the other two required hospital checks. Thankfully, no lasting injuries were reported.

Serious Charges Lead to Conviction

Baker faced four counts of administering a noxious substance and one count of outraging public decency. He was found guilty and sentenced at Birmingham Crown Court on Monday, 16 March 2024.

“A man who sprayed a noxious substance at people in a park in SuttonColdfield has been jailed for four years,” said a West Midlands Police spokesperson.
