Tributes paid to Mum of Three after Bridge Tragedy

Tributes have been paid  by  family and friends  of the late Lucy Page, 32  who sadly died in   Fareham Hampshire. The young  mother of three children from Fareham walked on to the Downend Road Bridge that crosses the M27 motorway on Tuesday. Named locally by family and friends, they described the bubbly mum as the sunshine of their lives and the life and soul of the party. She will be greatly missed. Many are shocked and are finding it hard to come to terms with the events.  The popular mum of who’s body was found in lane two of the M27 just after 1.30 on Tuesday December 15th by Police. Emergency services  rushed to the scene  but despite efforts from an emergency doctor and paramedics to save  the mum was sadly pronounced  died at the scene. Specialist trained Police officers are working with Lucy’s family. Two lanes of the M27 westbound carriage where closed  for five hours whilst police and forensic  officers collected evidence from the scene. A number of large heavy goods vehicles  where examined at the scene following  what Police are calling a “serious incident”.   Abigail Cunningham Step daughter said “Lucy was the most amazing step mum and friend she was the best role model I could have asked for. Lucy had an infectious smile and the most gorgeous personality to match. I know she will always be with us and always watching over us” Neighbour Vicky Hill posted, “Everyone on Westend Estate, Fareham are all in shock and so sad for her family and poor children. RIP beautiful lady always, gone but never forgotten xxxx.” Karen Thersa “She was a fabulous mother to her 2 children, she had loving partner. She always put a smile on your face even if you was down. she would try and help anyone she could. She will be missed dearly from all her close friends and family xxx ” Sherrie Garrett” So sorry for your loss  Lucy was a wonderful person always had a smile and a hug for me . R.I. P beautiful lady xxxxxxxx”
