The Red Arrows, the Royal Air Force’s aerobatic team, will not be performing at the Eastbourne Airbourne in 2024.
This decision was confirmed by the Eastbourne Borough Council, citing the team’s “overseas commitments” from the end of July as the reason for their absence.
Despite the disappointment of not having the Red Arrows at the event, the council views this as an opportunity to introduce new and exciting aerial displays to the airshow. In 2019, when the Red Arrows were away on their international tour, the introduction of the Breitling Jets Team at Eastbourne provided an unforgettable experience for airshow enthusiasts.
