Fans of Peppa Pig are on high alert as the beloved animated series continues to tease the much-anticipated arrival of Mummy Pig’s new baby, due “any day now,” according to the show’s official social media channels.

…sending excited viewers into a frenzy.

Third Baby for the Pig Family
In February, Mummy Pig confirmed her pregnancy during an in-universe interview with Good Morning Britain’s Richard Arnold. The gender of the baby—a girl—was revealed in April ahead of a themed cinema experience titled Peppa Meets The Baby.
“I’m excited to share that our family is getting even bigger because we’re having another baby,” said Mummy Pig in the announcement. “I’m due in the summer, and we’re all so excited.”
While the official name of Peppa’s baby sister hasn’t been revealed, she is expected to appear on screen in the autumn, with a special cinema release set for 30 May featuring 10 new episodes and a song-filled story.
Peppa Meets The Baby: A Cinematic Treat
The special titled Peppa Meets The Baby is expected to be a major draw for young fans. It will follow Peppa and George as they prepare for their sibling’s arrival, and was preceded by a pregnancy-themed Mother’s Day episode in March.
